- On this worksheet called MissingTitles, we can see in column A that we're only seeing departments when there's a new department being introduced. So by inference, based on the data here, these people are in the ADC department. These people are in Admin Training. And the data that should be here at some point along the line was taken out perhaps for printing reasons. Now the problem is what if we were to sort this data by employee name or any other column? We will lose the association. For example, Randy Nixon is in the ADC department but if we sort this row, in other words if this row moves up or down, there's no indication as to which department that person is in. So we've got a potential problem here if we sort the data. And I'll show you what happens right now. I'll click in column B. Let's do an A-Z sort.
