- Alright guys, so I've been talking a lot about opportunity costs and the time value of money, and now I'm here with my close friend Kevin Paffrath to discuss these two topics. Kevin, how are you doing? - Doing great, thanks for having me. - Yeah, glad that you're here with us, and Kevin can you tell us what it is you do? - Absolutely, so I started out as a real estate broker, buying, selling houses. That led to creating a second company which does construction, designing, and staging. - Awesome, so Kevin I want to talk to you about opportunity cost specifically. What does that term mean to you, both in your personal life and as an entrepreneur. - Well as an entrepreneur and personal life, they tend to relate, and kind of pull together very quickly, so what happens with opportunity costs is when my wife Lauren says, "Hey we should go on a vacation."
