Printing workbooks

- Although no longer the most popular way of sharing your work with others, printing is still possible of course here in Excel 2016. Let's explore how we might want to print out our worksheet. We'll continue working with the Landon Hotel's Revenues 2014 sheet. You can open up RH_Revenues0300 if you're getting caught up. We'll go up to the file tab, give it a click, and select print. Now the options you see will depend on your printer. If you have the same printer as me, you'll see the same options. Otherwise you may be seeing different options down the left-hand side. Over here on the right you'll see a preview of what you can expect when you go to print using these settings. Notice for me down at the bottom, I have two pages and clicking the next page button shows me some of my contents getting cut off and getting placed on the next page. Well we might be able to fix that up. One option is to turn the page on its side. I'm going to go over to the portrait orientation drop down button…
