Prepare data for Power Pivot

- [Instructor] Once your data has been cleansed and prepared using Power Query, I find that it's best to analyze it using Power Pivot. Power Pivot is designed to work seamlessly with Power Query, and preparing your data to be used in Power Pivot is a piece of cake. But before we get too excited and carried away here, there's just a couple of small steps we need to take care of first. I suggest that you have the Excel file for this video open. You'll see that what we have is a Power Query that's been prepared earlier. If we select Query and then click on Edit, the Power Query Editor window will open, and straightaway you can see that it's a relatively sophisticated query because we have quite a few applied steps. Okay, let's go ahead and close and load the query. And this won't take too long because we haven't actually made any changes.
