- [Instructor] You probably use auto fill all the time as a way to quickly complete a list or to copy the values and formulas in your worksheet. On the Excel 2016 MOS Expert exam, you may be asked to use auto fill to complete a list, copy data or formulas, fill a series, and then fill a series with or without the formatting. In this video, we'll take a look at all of these options, and we'll make sure and focus on the options that you may encounter on the exam. I have the 03_02 exercise file open, so let's go ahead and get started. We're going to focus on the 2016 sales worksheet, and right away we can see that we do have a column heading for quarter one, but we don't yet have our column headings for quarters two, three and four. We can easily accomplish that by using auto fill. I'll go ahead and grab the auto fill handle and click and drag across. You can see that it completed the series for us, and it also included all of the formatting. Let's take a look at the options that we have…
