- [Instructor] The Pew Charitable Trusts aim to improve civic discourse and decision making in the United States. The Trusts sponsor projects in social trends, politics, media, news, and many other areas. In this movie, I will introduce you to the Pew Research Center, the data service arm of the Pew Charitable Trusts. The URL for this resource is http://www.pewresearch.org. I have gone to that page, and you can see it displayed here in the browser. The main page of the site contains their most recent articles, so you can see that they're currently in US politics, data labs, internet technology, and so on. If you want to look for a specific topic, then you can go along the navigation bar to the top, the second level contains links to publications and other topics. In this case, we'll take a look at the datasets, so I'll click the datasets link here, and that will take us to the Download Datasets page.
