(upbeat music)…- [Narrator] You can easily view how your spreadsheet…will be printed by changing to the view ribbon tab…and clicking page layout.…I can easily add a header by clicking add header at the top…and typing in my text.…This is how the spreadsheet will look on paper,…and I can see the text will be cut off the page.…
Let's change this to landscape mode by changing…to the page layout tab.…Select orientation and choose landscape.…It's still too large to fit on one piece of paper,…but finally we can scale this to fit properly…on one page when printed out.…In the scale area, move the down arrow until it fits…on one page.…Now it will be printed out properly.…
