The reality is at this point, there's very few tools in AI that are truly ready for mainstream business application, but AI does continue to improve and evolve, and scientists and engineers broadly are improving the technology behind AI all the time. Now, in business there's a pretty good understanding at this point of the intelligent capabilities of computer systems, right? But it's important to understand which type of problems are suited for humans, and which are suited for computers, because they really are distinctly different in terms of what each group is good at.
