Use keystroke shortcuts to quickly get to File commands: open (Ctrl+O or Ctrl+F12), close (Ctrl+W or Ctrl+F4), or save (Ctrl+S or Shift +F12) a workbook. Use Ctrl+N to open a new workbook and the F12 function key to activate the Save As dialog box. Add buttons for each of these commands to the Quick Access Toolbar.
