Before I go, I'd like to point you to some further resources that you can use to expand your ability to work with data available from public sources. First if you need help working with Microsoft Excel, you can go to support.office.com. Excel is the world's most popular data analysis program, so I assume that you're using it, or something similar. Next there is the book "Microsoft Excel Data Analysis and Business Modeling" by Wayne Winston, which is published by Microsoft Press. Wayne describes many different techniques that you can use in Excel. So once you go beyond the basics of using the program, Wayne describes many different ways that you can create specific models within your workbooks. And finally there's another book, "Decision Analytics: Microsoft Excel" by Conrad Carlberg. And that was published by Q Publishing.
