The first book is called "Supply Chain Management" by Chopra and Meindl. It's a textbook that's used in quite a few courses, so you will likely find it useful. Another book from Wiley is "Essentials of Supply Chain Management" by Hugos, and that's also a great book. It's not typically used as a textbook but more as a business reference. One other book, and it's a relatively newer textbook, is called "Principles of Supply Chain Management" by Wisner, Tan and Leong. That's an excellent book, and although it hasn't been around as long as the Chopra and Meindl version, it's used in a fair number of courses as well.
