- [Instructor] While working with your data in Excel, it's helpful if you know how to quickly find the data. In this video, we're going to learn how to search for data within a workbook using the find and replace command. We'll also look at how we can navigate throughout our workbook using named ranges. And finally, we'll look at how to navigate using hyperlinks. These are all skills you may be asked to demonstrate during the Excel 2016 MOS exam, so we'll cover all three focusing on the options that you may encounter on the exam. I have the 0202 exercise file up, and so let's get started. First, let's look at our products worksheet. In column B, we have products called Olive Glow Hand Soap. We've been asked by the marketing department to replace any instance of Olive Glow with Olive Oil Glow. We'll use our find and replace option to quickly take care of this. I'll use my keyboard shortcut, Ctrl+F for find. That opens up my find and replace window, and in the find what field, I'll type…
