- [Instructor] Weather and climate affect us all. The National Centers for Environmental Information provide a clearinghouse for data and publications related to those topics. The site that I've gone to, www.ncdc.noaa.gov, is part of NOAA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. And you can see here, that we have the latest news about the National Centers for Environmental Information. Also, on the right, if we scroll down a bit, there are partner sites that you can go to for specific data. But I'd like to focus on the data that we can download. So I'll scroll back up to the top, and on the navigation bar, I'll click Data Access. And here we have information about the data that is available, and also how to get to it. Over on the left, we see a number of quick links that can go to severe weather, paleoclimatology and so on. But I will scroll down. And, at the bottom, I'll click Severe Weather. When I click that link, I go to a specific page that shows data available…
