So, we are going to adjust the model that we had before for the fourplex example, and we're going to update it with some assumptions that is going to allow us to do an analysis with the second deal, okay. So, I'm going to input some more assumptions here so that you can see how robust this model is at handling very different scenarios within multifamily, okay. So, let's change this back to Floor Plans for Plan One and let's assume that this second example has four Floor Plans, okay, and of the four Floor Plans, we have the maybe the studios, the largest studios, one bedroom, or the two-bath, three-bath, okay, and we can kind of look at it in this way, right.
