- [Instructor] Alright, welcome back. Okay, so for our first multifamily example, we're going to go to the Price Calc sheet first. And here, if you download the model, I've already updated the plan here just a little bit, where we have four units, okay? So there's the different floor plans, each one there's one unit, so this becomes a fourplex. And let's say they're priced in this way, based on your estimate based on the size here. Maybe there is a two-bedroom unit, a large one-bedroom unit, maybe two studio units as a part of this fourplex. And then it adds up to 1.35 million. This is in a fairly established core market where these small units are worth that much. Think somewhere in the neighborhood near cities like San Francisco, or near downtown Los Angeles, and some of those neighborhoods where studios, condominiums, of single bedrooms are priced in this range. So it's not surprising in these markets, okay? Now once you have this, you see that, okay, well that's 1.35 million…
