- [Instructor] In this worksheet called Chart Data,…we're about to create a chart based on the data…in rows four down through 16.…This data happens to be surrounded by empty cells,…and although we could highlight it…and create a chart from this,…we can simply click with inside the data anywhere…and create a chart this way.…To create a chart quickly on another worksheet,…we'll press the function key F11,…put chart on the current worksheet,…keystroke combination Alt + F1, using the function key F1.…There's a chart.…
But no matter how you create a chart,…when you do create it on the current worksheet,…you probably want to move it around, consider resizing it.…Anytime you want to move a chart,…it's best to click just inside…the upper left or upper right border.…Say there, upper left, and so on.…If you click in the middle of the chart somewhere,…you're moving the inner portion of the chart.…You probably didn't want to do that, Control + Z.…Also don't click on the title and drag it,…unless you really wanted to move the title.…
