(energetic electronic music) - It often helps to know what's ahead of us, whether it's work or activities, and Excel can help us with that. Here I've got data where I help manage an apartment complex, and it's nice to know how many apartments are coming due on their lease expiration because we've got to go in and paint, clean, maybe overhaul a kitchen. Whatever is going on, it helps to know do we have to do that with 10, one, three. These types of things can get crazy on us fast. So lean in close. Let's look at Excel. We've got our apartments listed in column B. We see the days until the lease expiration, and these categories is really what's going to help us. In this cell for Apartment A-1, the lease expiration is coming up in 347 days, and it's labeled ats Future2. What else is listed as Future2? Let's click on this slicer. A bunch of apartments are coming up due in 161 to 365 days. What makes this possible is VLOOKUP TRUE. That's the function that allows us to put things into…
