- [Instructor] In Excel 2019 we can quickly view who has made changes in workbooks that are shared and saved on OneDrive or on a SharePoint drive. We can then easily restore our documents to earlier versions. Also, we consider AutoRecover settings no matter where your document is being saved. If it's on your local PC or on a SharePoint drive, we can change that AutoRecover settings to save our information in minute increments or in 10-minute increments and I'll show you how to do that. We'll also learn how to view the historical versions of documents that are saved on a OneDrive and how to restore previous or unsaved versions of a workbook. Let's first take a look at a document that has saved locally on my computer. I'll show you how you can change the AutoRecover settings. We'll go to File and Options, click on Save.
