Manage table styles and options

- [Instructor] Once we've converted our data into a table format, we need to start thinking about how we can manage our table styles and other options. In this video, we'll review all of the table styles available to us. We'll also look at table options, how to insert a total row, which will give us access to our summary functions such as Sum, Average, Count, Min, and Max. We'll also learn how we can add alternative text to our table. This will allow any users who are visually impaired to receive information regarding the data that's in our table. I have the 04_02 exercise file open, so let's go ahead and get started. Here is our table, and you may recall from the previous video that we have around 2700 rows of data in this table. First, let's look at our styles available to us. I'll go ahead and go to the Table Tools Design tab, and over on the far right-hand side, we have all of our table styles.
