- [Instructor] Now that we're comfortable with creating conditional formatting rules as well as custom rules, let's talk about how we can manage our conditional formatting rules. In this video, we're going to look at how to change the Applies to range, how to change the rule type, and how to delete rules. I have the 03_04 exercise file open, so let's go ahead and get started. Let's first take a look at all the rules in our workbook. On the Home tab, I'll go to Conditional Formatting, down to Manage Rules, make sure that I change what I'm seeing to all the rules in this workbook. Looks like we have three rules. The first one looks at the amount in B5 and bounces it off of the amount in G3, to see if it's greater than the amount. And if it exceeds the sales goal, it changes the font to green. The second rule that we have is the average. It's looking at the average sales for January through June for each product, and if the average is greater than the amount in G3, which was our sales…
