- [Instructor] Comments can be inserted in cells for annotation purposes. After viewing this video, you will know how to insert comments, how to display and hide comments, how to navigate through comments, delete comments, and if you're using Office 365, you'll know how to work with threaded comments. Let's first take a look at our Office 2019 Excel document comments. Now in this document on the Q4 transportation expenses, you'll notice that in cell E13, there's a red triangle in the upper-right hand corner and that's your visual indicator that there's a comment attached to that cell. When I mouse over the cell, the comment appears. Now, how did that get in there? Well, if you go to your Review tab, you have a Comments group where you can edit a comment which because I'm in a cell that has a comment attached, that's why I have edit available to me. We can delete the comment. Go to the previous comment, the next comment.…
