- [Instructor] We recently held two workshops, Advanced Pastry Techniques, and The Chemistry of Baking. Now we have our summaries, our overviews, of what happened, who was registered, no-shows, et cetera. Now we would like to build a summary table and that's where your help is needed. Fill in the summary table with corresponding data from the two course lists, meaning those totals that are at the bottom. For Advanced Pastry Techniques, the 16 registered through the $10,600.
The data should be vertical, show currency or accounting format for the total fees, don't have any underlying formulas. This data is not going to change. And use copy paste. Do not type these values in. Pause the video, create the summary table, come back, and I'll show you a solution. Okay. You are back. The first thing we're gonna do is highlight the totals for Advanced Pastry.
Now I'm gonna right click. Copy. And go over to Advanced Pastry in the summary table. Now go to Paste in the home tab. Paste Special. Paste Values. Transpose. Okay. Next, the same thing for the Chemistry of Baking. I'm gonna hit Escape to remove that highlight. Highlight this data.
Right click. Copy. Go to Chemistry. Go to Paste. Paste Special. Select Values, Transpose, Okay. So by pasting Values, we don't have the underlying formulas. Now we need to show currency or accounting format for the total fees. So I'm gonna highlight both. Go to the formatting. And I'm gonna select Accounting.
There. That's the summary table that we needed.
