- Alright, this is a summary of the investment strategies that was covered in this section. So, let's go over the three investment strategies. Broadly there's the core investment type. This one is the investment strategy that's really looking for some consistent, predictable cash flow and the investors that are going to invest in core investments will take those consistent, predictable cash flows over upside potential. So typically, these investments are done in such a way to hedge against inflation, they are done to have low correlation with stocks and bonds. It's meant to be a safe income driven type of investment. So, examples are fully leased office space in the residential space. It means it is buying new rental properties that are already leased and you're basically buying it turn-key as an investor, so you just buy it and you're collecting rents.
