- Alright, a quick recap of the topics we cover in this section. We cover external investment considerations, property-specific investment considerations, deal-specific considerations, as well as some other considerations that may or may not apply to every investment, but some things that we want to bring up for you to think about as an investor. So, let's look at external considerations first. External considerations has to do with looking at both the national and local external forces that isn't specific to the investment you're looking at, but it can have a huge impact on whether you're going to ultimately make money from your investment or not.
