- [Instructor] Excel for the web makes it super easy to interact with web content. The file you're looking at has a list of staff data including their email addresses. Now, whilst the email addresses are underlined you'll notice that if we try to click on one of them at random, nothing actually happens. Let's change this. Right-click on UN's email address and then select Hyperlink. Make sure that the radio button next to email address has been selected. What we need to do now is copy the display text by using the Control + C keyboard shortcut and then select the email address section and then Control + V on the keyboard. And then click on OK. If you now go ahead and try to click on UN's email address, Excel for the web will try and open your local email client enabling contact to be made with him.
