This video illustrates how to inspect a spreadsheet for hidden data such as headers, footers, author and other sensitive data.
(upbeat music) - [Narrator] Before sending out a spreadsheet you can inspect it for hidden data, headers and footers that you might not know about, and other sensitive data. To inspect it, click File, click Check for Issues, and then choose Inspect Document. Click yes on the save changes. Click the inspect button, and here you can see what information is on the file.
You can choose to remove anything that's found by clicking Remove All. Click the close button when done. (upbeat music)
