- [Instructor] When we talk about inserting data into your cells and ranges, we usually think of just entering that cell and typing information in, but there are other ways to get that data in without having to retype it. In this video we're going to talk about how to copy information between worksheets. We'll talk about Paste Special options, so when you copy from one worksheet to another, do you want to retain the column widths? Or would you like to have it pasted in with just the values and the formatting? We'll also talk about how to use Auto Fill to insert data into your cells. We can use Auto Fill to complete a list of months of the year, days of the week, and we can also use it to copy formulas down so that we don't have to keep retyping the formula over and over again. In this video we're going to talk about all three of these methods of inserting data, and we'll make sure and focus on the settings that you may encounter on the MOS exam.
