In this movie, I will show you how to add the flow of information to our value stream map. These flows don't reflect the time it takes to complete production, but they do offer insights into how information moves within a larger process. We actually don't need to do any calculation in Excel for this movie, instead we're going to assume that we have a Program Manager, who appears at the top, that is controlling the flow of information within the legal department at Red30 Tech.
