The main criteria is that there is at least 1/2 acre of land…so I just drag those out of the way.…But to close the gaps in column A…I used Power Query feature called Fill Down.…And here is the result I have,…that you going to see a surprise.…We're down to 19 addresses,…and the surprise is the slicers on the end.…This allows me to reduce the list even further,…but without completely deleting something…that I might consider,…because I could work with three, four, or five bedrooms…if everything else is right.…
