(upbeat electronic music) - Time for my fish friends and I to move to a new house, so I am here shopping for a new house and I have a list that's been sent to me from the realtor. I can look at this list and see automatically that a lot of these don't matter to me. I am not going to look at them. I've got 30 addresses here and they're broken down into report format based on the budget level. We've got Within Budget, Under Budget, Slightly Over Budget, Far Over Budget. The main criteria is that there is at least 1/2 acre of land so I just drag those out of the way. But to close the gaps in column A I used Power Query feature called Fill Down. And here is the result I have, that you going to see a surprise. We're down to 19 addresses, and the surprise is the slicers on the end. This allows me to reduce the list even further, but without completely deleting something that I might consider, because I could work with three, four, or five bedrooms if everything else is right.
