You can also calculate all of your data with totals and subtotals. After watching this video you'll know how to apply subtotals and totals to your data, and how to group and ungroup columns and rows. Let's take a look at our group total workbook and we'll start with the 2018-2019 Sales. Now notice that the information for 2018 is all sorted by quarter, and that's really important.
