Google Public Data Explorer
- [Instructor] Google is the world's most popular search engine, but the company also makes public data available through their Google Public Data Interface. As of this recording, the collection contains 113 data sets covering a wide variety of economic and technology topics. You can find the Google Public Data Explorer online at www.google.com/publicdata/directory. And, as you can see from the rotating display, there are a number of different data sets that Google's highlighting. If you look over on the left, you can see that you have every provider, so that's 113. And then, over on the right, you see that there are different data sets being highlighted. In this case, the one showing right now is the Euro and inflation. So let's say I wanted to explore that data. I'll go over to Euro and inflation and click Explore the data. Here, I see summarized data for inflation in the Euro zone. So I have Luxembourg, Belgium, Spain, Austria, Finland, and so on. The data that is displayed…
