- [Instructor] In my experience, many Excel users feel overwhelmed when using workbooks that have lots of tabs otherwise known as worksheets. Whilst this file doesn't have many, in fact we've only got two at the moment, over time, it could grow so it's best to get into good habits from the get go. Let's start by creating a new tab. Now there are a few ways that we can do this but I like to click on the plus button here. Okay. Say we want to reorder one of the tabs. All we need to do is right-click on the tab that you wish to move. I'm going to choose shade one and then click on reorder and I'm going to select move to end and then click on OK. Excellent. Shade one has been moved to the very end of our workbook. Some folks like to hide tabs that they don't want other users to be able to amend.
