Before I go, I'd like to point you to four additional resources that you can use to expand your learning in statistical process control and related fields. If you're looking for a book, I highly recommend Statistical Process Control Demystified by Paul Keller. It was published by McGraw-Hill. That book approaches statistical process control at the same level I do. It assumes that you're interested in the field, but you might not have a background in statistical math or in process management. If that's the case, that is definitely the book for you and it's not bad for intermediate readers either.
