Your help is needed in troubleshooting what has gone wrong and caused this REF error, and then use SUMIFS to correct these formulas in cells C7 and C8. So pause the video, work it out, come back, and I'll show you how I do it. Okay, you're back. Ah, that REF error. That automatically tells me that the formula is looking for something that is no longer there. So we've got Customer Service data, and this formula is pulling things from table one, from the Department column. All right, this is also table one. Where's table one? Table one is right there, which is in the Copy tab. All right. So let's look over in the Raw tab. Oh. The Category column is gone. That's what's wrong.
