- [Instructor] Excel has numerous formatting options 2 available on the home tab, but not everything is there 3 and sometimes you need to get to features 4 that you just can't find. 5 Let's say we want to format these phone numbers. 6 I'm going to right click column E. 7 This is one of three major ways we can get to other features 8 that we don't see on the home tab. 9 As I right click column E, we want to go to format cells, 10 and if you've never seen the feature, 11 you wouldn't exactly know where to look, 12 but we are looking at the number tab. 13 Don't count on the correct tab 14 always being selected here for you, 15 sometimes you'll have to click the appropriate tab, 16 but here it says number. 17 And the reason is that the last time I used this feature, 18 I did use this particular tab. 19 What are we looking for here?
