- [Instructor] You and I are about to buy a house, and we've got this list of addresses, and obviously, we don't wanna look at all of these. So first, we wanna delete the homes that need serious repair. Those are the ones that are highlighted orange. Then, fill in the gaps in the Budget column. Move to a separate sheet ones that have a lot size of less than a half acre and don't have a garage. Then, insert a column called Garage Type. Use Flash Fill to extract whether it's an attached or detached garage. Insert slicers showing Budget and Bedrooms. Then sort those remaining desirable addresses by square feet, largest to smallest.
