(upbeat marimba) - [Voiceover] Hi, I'm Dennis Taylor and welcome to Office 365: Excel Essential Training. If you're a subscriber to Office 365, then you have access to the entire suite of Microsoft Office productivity tools. At the time of this recording, this includes Excel 2016. The following course will help you get up to speed quickly with what you need to know in order to get the most out of this powerful spreadsheet program. As Microsoft continues to develop the Office 365 subscription plan, I'll provide updates to the course content as needed.
In this course I'll begin by getting you familiar with Excel's menu system, show you how to create formulas and use simple functions, how to format your data for appearance's sake, how to use printing and charting capabilities of Excel, and how to work with powerful functions like IF and VLOOKUP. I'll show you a few data analysis tools like Goal Seek and Solver and show you how to automate your work via macros. We've got a lot to cover, so let's get started with Office 365: Excel Essential Training.
Q: This course was updated on 03/01/2016. What changed?
A: We added one tutorial about the new Funnel chart type in Excel 2016.
