- [Instructor] It kind of goes without saying that being able to collaborate in Excel is a must. Luckily, Excel for the Web overcomes a common pain point for users and that's the ability to assign tasks to other users in your organization. So let's say that I want to double check with a colleague that Leighton here is indeed a Site Manager. Perhaps because I've heard on the grapevine that he's now a HR Manager. If I right-click on cell J seven and then click on new comment I can simply type in some text such as "Is Leighton now a HR Manager?" Now in the old days, this was all that Excel was capable of but have a look at this. If I type in the at symbol now I can start typing in a list of other users in my organization.
