- [Instructor] When you print a worksheet, 2 sometimes there can be some confusion 3 about grid lines and borders. 4 They're not the same thing, 5 although they certainly are related. 6 I want to print this worksheet. 7 Before doing it, and I nearly always before printing, 8 press Control-P, Print Preview. 9 And I'm looking at this. 10 One thought could be, "Well, I don't see any grid lines." 11 So what can we do? 12 Well, what many people do is they escape from here. 13 Remember, you can escape from the preview 14 by either pressing the Escape key 15 or that arrow in the upper left corner. 16 They apply border lines. 17 Now, just for the record, most worksheets are displayed 18 with grid lines and there's a feature 19 on the view tab called Gridlines. 20 You can turn 'em on, turn 'em off. 21 Most people leave them on. 22 And they tend to be here most of the time. 23 But if you didn't see them in the Print Preview,…
