- [Instructor] On this worksheet, we got a bit of a mess. … We're trying to locate the formulas. … We know some are there. … We found one or two. … We'd like to find all of them. … We'd also like to be able to annotate this worksheet; … keep track of what's happening with formulas, as well. … There are three different techniques you should be aware of. … The first one involves a command … that also has a keystroke shortcut. … In any worksheet, at any time, … if you go to the Formulas tab in the ribbon, … off to the right there's a Formula Auditing group, … click the choice, Show Formulas, … and immediately what happens is, … all column widths are doubled, … but more important than that is the fact, … that wherever there is a formula, like in cell B7, … we see the formula. … We're not seeing the results of the formulas, … we're seeing the actual formulas, … and the reason the width of the columns has been doubled … is to give us a better chance to see those formulas, … typically which are longer than the results. …
