Before printing, it's always best to assess the appearance of the printed output via a print preview screen. Although no Print Preview button is readily available in the ribbon menu system, you can get a Print Previews with one of these three keystroke combinations: Ctrl+P, Ctrl+F2, and Ctrl+Shift+F12.
