- [Instructor] In some cases, the data that we start with, needs some sanity checking. What you're looking at here is a list of employee names for a fictitious medium sized business. Now, given that we've sourced this data from elsewhere, it's always best to cast our eyes over it, just to check for integrity. Now let's start by scrolling down, and in fact, whilst we're at it, I suggest selecting something called freeze panes, which will allow us to scroll through the data and still see our headings. So select row two, then go ahead and click on view, freeze panes, and then freeze panes once more. And now we can scroll through our data and still see the headings. Now the typical things that I look for here, are blank cells. And fortunately there are none, but one common issue that I do encounter, are duplicates.
