- [Narrator] On this worksheet, 2 we're seeing some sales total for February, 2016. 3 Let's imagine you've named this file 4 something along those lines, like February, 2016 Sales, 5 and you've been working with this file every month, 6 and what you do is you create a new file 7 every month in the following way. 8 Imagine it's early March, you've opened the February file. 9 What do you do first? 10 You change the heading here. 11 Perhaps you just double-click, change that to March. 12 And then you've worked with it enough to know 13 that these cells here are not formulas, 14 so you just take out the data. 15 This is the February data, 16 and we highlight just this data here, 17 everything on the perimeter there to the right and below, 18 those are formulas. 19 They're going to look kind of funny right now 20 as I press delete to get rid of the data. 21 So it's March. 22 You're putting in the numbers here. 23…
