- [Instructor] This workbook has two worksheets in it. 2 The first one's called Employees, it's about 200 rows or so. 3 The next one is called Accounting Department. 4 That's the list of our accounting employees. 5 Now, I want to print these out maybe at different times 6 and for different reasons. 7 I'm ready to print this, I'll do a quick print preview 8 by clicking within the data pressing Control P. 9 And I'm thinking, you know, the reason we're printing this 10 is we're going to have a meeting, 11 we're going to be talking about some of the staffing issues, 12 we might want to print this and allow plenty of room 13 for making notes on the side or between the names. 14 So let's escape from here and make these be double spaced. 15 How might we do that with a list like this? 16 Well, here's one way. 17 I'm going to click row 3, 18 with the control key I'll click row 4, 19 the control key is still being held down 20…
