- [Instructor] Showing users how to create charts…is one of my very favorite things to do…when I'm teaching Excel,…and it's because once users learn how easy it is…to create a great looking chart,…their anxiety level goes way down,…and it becomes fun instead of daunting.…On the Excel 2016 MOS exam,…you're probably going to be asked to create a new chart,…and you'll be asked to modify that chart by…adding a data series.…You may also be asked to switch the row and column data…so that what's currently showing…on the horizontal axis is flipped,…and it's just a different way to display your data.…
It's good to take a look at both ways…to make sure that your data is visually being displayed…in a way that will best suit the information…that you're trying to give to your users.…I'm going to show you three ways…to create a new chart.…One of them will include using the quick analysis tool.…It's a great tool available to us in Excel 2016,…and it's going to make creating a chart easier…than you ever imagined.…I have the 06_01 exercise file open,…
