This video shows how to use the Paint Format tool in Excel to copy the formatting of one cell to many other cells.
(upbeat music) - [Narrator] Use the format painter tool to easily copy formatting from one cell to another. Get your cell all ready with formatting. Select the cell, and then click the format painter tool located on the left side on the home ribbon tab. Immediately click the cell you want to change. To change multiple cells, double click the format painter tool.
Continue clicking until everything has been changed, then hit the escape key.
