Configure editing and display languages

- [Instructor] Excel allows you to select the editing language or set language preferences in Office. After watching this video, you'll be able to configure editing and display languages by adding additional languages to your options, use language-specific features, and use the Translate option. Let's take a look at the languages that are configured for this computer. We'll go to File, Options, and choose Language. Currently I have English enabled as the keyboard layout and for proofing for my spelling and grammar. If I want to add an additional editing language I can use the drop-down menu and scroll through and let's go ahead and add French Canada. I'll select it and click Add. Now the proofing tools are installed for French, however I'm not going to want to change my keyboard layout at all.
