- [Instructor] Excel for the Web makes it really easy to share your work with collaborators but did you know it's actually possible for multiple users to have access and edit the same file at the same time? Better yet, it's really easy to tell who's also using the file when you are. I'll show you how. At the very top of the screen, you'll notice that I'm using an account in the name of Victor Gonzalez. This is a dummy account that I'm using for the purposes of this course. The file that I'm working with here which is called Excel Sharing has already been shared with another user that being a personal account of mine. Now have a look at what happens when the file is opened by another user, that is my personal account a new prompt has appeared at the very top of the screen that is this purple icon here with my initials, Jr. This lets me know that another user is also editing the same workbook at…
