- [Instructor] Sometimes when you work with charts, you want to add additional data to the chart, at other times you want to take out data, and there are numerous approaches to this. Often when you create a chart you're using contiguous data. On this worksheet called "Year Data" in our chapter two design tab file, as I click the chart to the right of the data, we see what's being highlighted, and that reflects the data. Let's suppose I don't want to use Asia in the chart for the moment, I want to change this to be Domestic and Europe. Two options, one is click one of the gray columns in the chart which represents Asia, I'll just click one of them, and simply press the delete key. I'm not showing Asia anymore, and look at the highlighted area to the left. At a later time, I might come back and say, "Well, I want to add Asia here." What might I do?
