Box and Whisker chart

- Another new chart type in Excel 2016, is called Box and Whisker, and it's related to Stock-type charts, although it certainly goes in a different direction. We've got a list of data here, in Columns A, B, and C. This is about 600 rows or so. I'll double click the bottom edge of the active cell, which currently is in B2. See how it goes down to Row 601. 600 entries here. They're not in any particular order, with regard to State or Sales, you can see that they're sorted by ID#. They can be in any order we want. Now, this particular option is found on that middle button in the cluster of nine chart types that we have available here, on the Charts group, Insert Tab. Box and Whisker. You see the description. Display variation within a set of data. That doesn't really tell us a whole lot. Use it when there are multiple data sets which relate to each other in some way. Maybe that's a little vague too.
